NC500 - West 1 - The new North Coast 500. 500 miles of Scottish awesomeness.
Inverness, Ullapool, Lochinver, Kylesku, Ardgay, Inverness.
We will go West to Ullapool, a stop at the lovely local museum or stroll around the town then West again and North, along now of the most spectacular sceneries in the World, the Wildest part of the North West Coast of Scotland.
We will gently negotiate our way around the North West Highlands Geopark to arrive in Lochinver.
Here a stop and (optional) a visit to the famous Highland Stoneware workshop.
Up again and West to Kylesku, one of the most photographed bridges in Europe, to board on a boat tour around the amazing coast, keeping our fingers crossed to spot dolphins and seabirds.
From there, a different route East will take us again to Inverness. Stops along the road.

Edinburgh, the Scottish capital city, with its atmospheric and fascinating history. Past and present merge in the magnificent medieval, Georgian and modern city. Visit to the Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, panoramic tour of the Holyrood area with the Parliament, Holyrood Palace the Queen's holiday residence and Dynamic Earth. On demand there can be other visits, like Arthur's Seat, Rosslyn Chapel and castle, Craigmillar Castle.
